Paradise Souvenir Return Policy

At Paradise Souvenir, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality souvenirs and gifts. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. We cannot accept returns of personalized or custom-made items.

Once we receive your return and verify its eligibility, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping and handling fees. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
