Refund and Return Policy

At Paradise Souvenir, we want you to love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In the original packaging with all tags attached.

• Free of any odors, stains, or signs of wear.

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards.

• Sale items (Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are final sale). 

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Defective/Wrong Product: If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement immediately.

• Change of Mind: If you are returning the item because of a size issue or preference change, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-20 business days. a new service, and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased.
